The Transnational partnership representing 6 partners from 4 European countries: Italy , Slovakia , Spain and Germany . We work together in a project funded through the European Social Fund, called EQUAL. The Project EQUAL is designed to test new ways of tackling discrimination and inequality experienced by those in work and those looking for a job. Every Partner is a Development Partnership in there own country. The TCA-Partners are: from Slovakia EMPIRIA, VENETA, from Italy Donn@, Flora, from Spain Dona/Home Rurals and from Germany FoBiSYS.
The main theme of our activities is the elimination of gender-specific discrepancies on the labour market. We manage a lot of activities into the different Development Partnerships in our native country regions and coordinate a part of these activities. We want to find solutions and test products to realize our main target.
